At your wish, we will tentavily book the villa for you, with no obligation on your part. This tentative booking is valid for three days. This gives you time to safely book your flight.
At your request, we will send you our bank details. You can then transfer a deposit of 20% of the total stay fee. This confirms the booking and the acceptance of our tems and policies as described here. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the transaction is complete.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not transfered, the booking is considered as cancelled and we withhold the right to offer and re-rent the villa to other potential guests. Of course, in such a case you will be informed by e-mail at the e-mail address used for the booking request. On receiving the balance we will send you detailed information on how to reach Almyrida and where you will find the keys to the Villa.
In case of cancellation from your side there is generally no refund. However we will do our best to re-let the villa at the best possible terms to mitigate your loss. Please be aware, particularly in the case of cancellations close to the start of rental, that we may be unsuccessful in re-letting even at a discount.
